A Brief History

Alltex Industries Limited, a sister concern of Bastu Shilip Group, Country's pioneer in Home Textile Industry. Built in an area of 40 acres of land with vertical set up. Established in 1986 to meet the domestic demand and later on in 1992 the Factory made its first export shipment to Europe. Since then the company is growing and in recent years it has an export turnover of Euro 30~34 million per year contributing a substantial share in country's export earnings. Factory is located in a radius of 25 km from main city, an hour drive from City Hotel.

Change of Leadership

New Lab

-With New lab setup Alltex will have better process control.

-Alltex is now vertical set up which has enable us to have better control on supply chain ensuring better quality control from cotton to the finish product.

Alltex Weaving

In house weaving facility. Facilitate with 203 Sulzer Projectile looms.

The Mill is capable of weaving from 130 thread count to 300 TC both in Cotton & Poly Cotton. Plain, Satin & Stripe Satin.

Deying & Printing Capacity


-Three rotary printing machines

-Prints: 58 million Square mtrs per year

-16 Colours


Bach Dyeing, Semi Continuous and Continuous Dyeing:

Disperse–Reactive, Pigment, 42 million Square mtrs per year.

Product Development

Alltex has a functional Product Development procedure. After receiving the product, product development team analyses the Capability & Capacity of the product before putting in to sampling. Usual lead time for product development is 3 weeks on regular quality.

Lab & Design Facilites


-Lab has the Latest facility to Test Physical, Chemical and Ecological Proprieties of Textile products.

-Test are carried out by professional Lab Technicians.

-Testing is done batch to batch and reports are recorded for 5 years or as per Buyers instruction.



Alltex design studio is equipped with:

- Engraving -Ink Jet Exposing System

- As well as Manual Exposing,

- CAD/ CAM , Windows.

Capable of downloading and developing design from on FTP files or from other electronic system.

There are 7 designers headed by a Chief designer who are engaged in developing designs received by the customers also do our own design.


Print: Reactive, Pigment, Capable of Metallic & Glitter, Glow in the Dark.

Finishing: Capable of Non Iron, Easy care, Anti Bacterial finish.

Embellishment/Trims: Continuous embroidery, Ribbons & Sequins, Laces, pin-tucks & special decorated buttons.


Our Packaging Development Team gives a continuous effort on How to Fold, Easy handle, minimizing of space, better container fill rate.

Quality Assurance

-Quality is controlled by professional Quality Inspectors from receiving area up to finished product. Controlled by Independent Q/A Manager.

-Each department has Separate Quality Control System.

-Mill has a Batch coding system for Traceability.

-ISO & BSCI, BRC, Oeko-tex certified

Energy / Power Supply

-Uninterrupted Power Supply.

-Mill has its own Power Supply by Gas powered Generators. Available power Generation of 6.24 MW.
